Privacy Policy

Center Square Association privacy policy adopted April 20, 2006

CONFIDENTIALITY:

(a) All information provided at the discretion of members of the association, including but not limited to, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, shall be treated by the Association as strictly confidential and shall be safeguarded by the Association to the extent allowed by law, no information provided by members shall be disclosed to any party except for those who need to know such information relevant to their responsibilities as members or officers of the Association.

(b) The provisions of (a) above shall not apply in any circumstance in which it is clearly established that the information deemed confidential.
